The Parish is lead by a vestry which consists of the Rector and at most 13 elected members from the parish. This body serves as the agents and legal representatives of the parish to administer secular matters of the church such as property, communications, etc. The Rector presides over the vestry, except when absent or when the responsibility is delegated by him or her.
